Digital Products

This includes AI invitations, generators, and wedding websites.

• No refunds once the product is delivered or the link is shared, as these are digital goods.
• Free revisions: We offer up to 2–3 rounds of revisions for customized invitations at no extra cost.

Physical Products

This includes gifting hampers and event stationery.

• Exchange: Eligible within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or defective. Personalized items cannot be exchanged.
• Refund: Available for damaged physical goods if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
