Our Refund Policy

Since Aneera sells digital products (video invitations and digital stationery), all sales are generally final once the digital file has been delivered.

Eligible Refunds

We offer a full refund in the following cases:

• The digital file was not delivered within the promised timeframe
• The delivered file is corrupted or unplayable
• The customisation details are significantly different from what was requested

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable if:

• You change your mind after the digital file has been delivered
• Customisation errors were due to incorrect information provided by you
• The product has already been shared or used

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
